1. Purpose of the service
TournaManager is a free online platform for creating, managing, and broadcasting sports competition results. The service is provided "as is" without absolute guarantee of availability, although we do our best to ensure maximum stability.
2. Organizer's Responsibility
The user who creates a tournament (the Organizer) is solely responsible for the content they publish (team names, players, general info). They agree not to publish offensive, illegal, or third-party rights infringing content.
3. Data Ownership
Organizers and clubs retain full ownership of the data entered. TournaManager only uses this data to ensure the technical service of calculating and displaying the tournament.
4. Free Service and Limits
The service is entirely free. TournaManager reserves the right to limit the number of tournaments per account or teams per tournament to guarantee infrastructure performance for everyone.
5. Data Deletion
Given the ephemeral nature of a sports event, tournament data is automatically deleted 30 days after the end of the event.
6. Availability and Technical Responsibility
The publisher cannot be held liable for damages related to the use of the Internet network (data loss, intrusion, virus, service disruption). Access may be interrupted for maintenance without notice.
7. Modification of terms
TournaManager reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.
8. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Paris.
